Managing your subscription
- View, change, or cancel: On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, then tap Inquiry.
- Cancel anytime: Turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before your weekly period ends. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Restore a purchase: In the app, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases — useful after reinstalling or switching devices.
Keeping your subscription across devices
Use Sign in with Apple in the app's Settings to link your account. This keeps your subscription and progress with you across reinstalls and devices.
Common questions
Why is there a wait between messages sometimes? Subscribers get a large number of free-flowing messages each week. After a high weekly volume, a fair-use cooldown spaces out further messages until the week resets. You're never permanently blocked.
How often are new mysteries added? Regularly — your subscription unlocks every published mystery.
How do I delete my account? In the app, open Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data.
