These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Inquiry app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

Subscription, billing & auto-renewal

• Inquiry Premium is an auto-renewable subscription priced at $3.99 per week.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews weekly unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your device's Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

What the subscription provides

An active subscription unlocks unlimited (subject to fair-use limits) conversations with biblical characters and access to all published mysteries.

Acceptable use

• Use the app for personal, lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its AI features.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal content in conversations.

AI-generated content

Conversations are generated by an AI service and are intended for study and reflection. Responses are presented in the voice of biblical characters and may not be theologically authoritative or historically exhaustive. Use your own judgment and trusted sources for matters of faith.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
